If they have issues with waiting or standing in endless queues then definitely use it. It isn't just for physical issues and you wouldn't be taking it away from anyone else as assistance is prereserved so adequate staff are rostered on to meet requirements for that day.

Yea we have power of attorney as it’s just not possible for him to manage money or general responsibilities. I might have a chat with his social worker about it at our next meeting just to be sure little details & make sure I’m covered.

Never had airport assistance before, is this worth having on top of premium? Just we’d already be getting on & off first & have our seats together. & I’d hate to take help away from someone who needs it.

In that case I’ll be def be looking at doing. He has good days & bad days but even on his good days waiting for long isn’t something he copes all that brilliantly with. I’m nervous enough about going in Oct because of the crowds as it is to be honest but my brother & both my kids really want to see Halloween over there so anything that helps take away some of the stress I’ll take it
