V Room Gatwick
So I’ve read on here that some people have had the V Room included in their holiday? Just wondering how about you do this? I’ve already booked and when asked I’ve been told an outward no! Am I missing something?

Your booking has to be with Virgin Holidays. You can not access the VRoom with a Virgin Atlantic flight only. If you have booked with VH then the only reason for not been able to access the VRoom is if it’s full as numbers are limited. There is a cost involved but it covers all food and non alcoholic drinks. Sometimes you can get it added for free on your VH booking with some negotiation. |

Don't think its possible online (might be wrong), but if you are in store or booking over the phone you just haveto negotiate it with the person booking it for you. Usually saying you have seen the same holiday for cheaper is good leverage

I think it's just something VH sometimes use to secure a booking as a haggling point that doesn't really cost them much money, I suppose it depends on the TA at the time whether they choose to offer it or not

We got offered it when we booked the holiday, didn't even ask for it. As said before it must depend on the person you book it with.

We got it on the last holiday for free, didn’t ask for it, it was amazing, we were the only people in there and could let the kids play/roam freely and could sit back and relax. I asked if there were any “deals” to be had this time round, and I got a definite no. I think it’s just too much money for us to pay for a few hours, especially if it’s busy this time round.
