My booking has disappeared off my MDE app
Hi there, I have just checked my MDE app and my booking has disappeared. We are in a studio at OKW. It was confirmed at 330 days and has never not shown before. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I’m going to phone them in the morning to see what the problem is.

I wonder if they're moving you. Lots of people have been moved from okw/ssr to the beachclub and other deluxes due to overbooking. Maybe check again in the morning.

Ours vanished the other day but reappeared a few hours later. There have been a fair few reservations changed so definitely worth a call.

Please bear in mind MDE IS BUGGY. It os really not very fit for purpose outside of parks so dont put to much faith in it. give Dis a tinkle in the morning and go from there x

Definitely check again on the website, there have been moves ours is one of them, but ours didn’t disappear it changed overnight
