Try Magic Breaks - they're reliable and UK based so if you run into any trouble they will help you out. My advice and personal opinion is do not book through DLP direct given how difficult it is to get hold of them or through to them.

Actually DLP are usually easy to get hold of. At the moment it is hard because everything has changed in the last week. But I messaged them on FB and they sorted me out.

This year is tricky, they have just announced most of the hotels are closing until next year as they are restricting numbers. Currently no shows or parades or fireworks. If it is a first visit I would wait until next year.

Alternatively they could stay offsite, lots of inexpensive options nearby. Try the Hipark Serris, Ibis Val d’Europe, Residhome - all 1 stop away on the RER train which takes 5 minutes.

Also, avoid weekends as it is always crazy busy. Book transport separately and don’t forget transfers if you are flying. If you can get Eurostar to Marne la Vallee (either direct or changing at Lille) you are right at the park entrance.
