Hotel reopening dates, and revisions.

I was on the phone for 2 & 1/2 hours on weds. We had to book a night at b&b hotel for the first night and the rest will still be at DLPHotel we keep the premuim dining for last 4 nights but are now only bed & breakfast first night and we had to £60 more to do this. seems a little unfair when so many people have received an upgrade we have technically paid £60 to downgrade.im happy that so many people have been given the upgrade but do feel they should treat everybody equally.

I agree with you. I feel they could have been more accommodating. There definitely shouldn't have been an extra cost to downgrade from Disneyland Hotel! Xx

We have now sadly cancelled our December trip 😞😭. We were offered a move to NPB,. but Marvel was more expensive so felt I was paying same for what I didn't originally choose. Then there was the lack of parades ect, plus masks all day 😬. Final nail in coffin was easy jet moved our return flight to Glasgow from 21.15 to 10.20 🤣😱, so was able to obtain refund for all. Sad!
