Thanks just used this number and they have agreed to a refund. Took less than 10 minutes including wait time.

Thanks chelsie. I called and requested a full refund and all seemed painless enough.

Not sure how long it will be before we can get back to Florida which is a sad thought.

Just a quick update:

I phoned AL and requested a full refund on 5th Aug and it was back on my credit card by the 7th Aug which I thought was amazingly quick under the circumstances.

Now... when is it safe to book another trip? Might leave it a year to calm down.

I spoke to them on the 6th, refund on it's way (they say) but it's the 10th now and still nothing. I'll give it another couple of days (as it was over the w/end) before chasing it up. Checked my booking and they have definitely cancelled it and removed it from my account, so it should be ok... i hope.

I phoned them on the 4th still no refund 😢. Blobbyrob phoned the day after me & has received their refund. They gave me a reference number so Iím worried now that I have been put into a waiting queue. Seems to be depending who answered your call as too how quick you get your refund.

I phoned on the 3rd August still no refund. I have called again today with the case number and the lady told me "my refund is one of the next to be processed".
