Rebooking Discovery Cove?

Sorry if this has been covered before - I did a search but couldn't find anything.

Now our August flights have been cancelled I would like to move our Discovery Cove booking to next year, as per their email a couple of months ago.

I have sent them a message via their website and I was just wondering if anyone else had done the same and if they'd had a response. I've read that a lot of people have been waiting ages for refunds so just wanted to get an idea of possible timescales.

Hi we moved ours to next year. Like you I sent them an email but queried how we would move the dolphin swim. Had a response after a few days stating that tickets could be used next year and to let them know which date I would like to move the swim to. They also mentioned that they were including a Discovery Photo Package foc. Gave them the new date and I got a confirmation order within the week I think.

Ok, thanks. I included a range of dates in my message so hopefully I'll hear back from them soon.

Just received the same offer to rebook any date up until 31st Dec 2021 and they will add the photo package free of charge. Great service, I had a reply in just over 12 hours!
