Not going near Orlando until there’s a vaccine.
At least you have an excuse to start planning now! 😆 Fingers crossed for a vaccine soon.

It’s crazy that you effectively *have* to plan your itinerary over a year in advance. This is something I do anyway but I was always aware of my own planning craziness. Now, you have to do it, it’s just... strange times.

How is everyone able to book for sept 2021, do you have ticket numbers? I can’t get mine off Virgin Holidays and my holiday for Sept 2021. Please tell me this system isn’t definitely running to sept 2021 can it be scrapped?

Disney could scrap the reservation system at any time, however that is highly unlikely until things return to some normality and even then they could decide to keep it. As things stand, you will need a valid ticket and park reservations for September 2021. Anyone with a valid ticket linked to My Disney Experience can make reservations now.

Some people have ticket numbers and/or tickets linked to their account.

Someone on another thread said they had (surprisingly) received ticket reference numbers for next year from Virgin Holidays ahead of when they were expecting them. You could contact VH and ask them to provide tickets?

We don't know how long the reservation system will be used. It could be scrapped before September 2021 if things return to normal before then. We just don't know.

At the moment, the park reservation scheme allows people to book up until 26th September 2021.

Looks like Virgin are only accepting calls from people due to fly in the next 14 days, the message says when you phone them up! So annoying!
