Just a bit of information for anyone waiting on refunds from Orlandoattractions.com they have recently changed their terms and conditions and the deduction from a refund is now 20% rather than £10 pp, they’ve confirmed to me that this is for new bookings but best to be aware and check when you do get your refund, we’re at 8 weeks now waiting for our refund x

I noticed that the other day when I chased Tony for an update. We’ve been waiting 9 weeks now for our Seaworld 3 park ticket refunds. My original cancellation email confirmed the £10 so fingers crossed we get the right amount back - eventually. He said some people had been waiting 12 weeks so I’m hoping to won’t be too much longer.
