VH car hire through VA Needs cancelling?

Booked car hire through VA but voucher is from VH.
Manage my booking on VH can’t find the booking. Who do I call to cancel booking as flights have been cancelled now? Thanks

There's no one to call.

If you go to "manage my booking", there'll be a booking ref and lead passenger name to enter. If you've forgotten your booking ref, they'll email it to you.

Once in, you can then submit a form to either amend, or cancel, and you'll be greeted by the screen of nonsense (tm) that does nowt, but promises to "get back to you" sometime before the End of Days.

Then you wait, and think, "how long shall I give it before I get the credit card company involved"...

You could try WhatsApp - +442033223289 & a message with your booking details & that you want to cancel... but be prepared to wait for an answer! Give them a week or two then contact your Credit card or debit card you booked on & claim via a Chargeback or Section 75.
My booking was cancelled mid March for an early April booking & they are still emailing me to say they will refund - I received my money back via Section 75 a couple of weeks ago after waiting only a week after claiming.

I have been on manage my booking but it says something along the lines that I booked through another way? I did it was VA but the voucher came from VH.

If you go onto the Virgin Atlantic website and click as it f making a flight hotel booking it takes you to here: travelplus.virginatlantic/ and in the top right there is a manage my booking tab, this should direct you to your booking. We have had the same issue with our fly drive booking made on VA
