Sunset Lakes

We have stayed on Sunset Lakes a number of times. Great location, lovely views over the lakes and secure gated community. Currently on the lookout for a villa for next August and really struggling - lots of organised Disney people

Stayed in Sunset Lakes in 2017 and would happily stay again. Great location for restaurants and parks. Lovely setting and Villa Aurora was perfect. Cannot praise it enough.

We'll be making our 3rd trip to sunset lakes in May. We have been.lucky to stay in a lovely DIBB villa that looks into the small lake and nothing better than sitting our on the pool deck in the morning with your coffee watching the lake and wildlife. We've even been lucky enough to see hot air balloons fly over. Found it easy enough to navigate to Disney, universal and supermarkets close by. We think it's the perfect location.

Our favorite place to stay... back there in June this year again [Although to a Villa we have never stayed in before - albeit a DIBB one]

Close to the shops and restaurants on the 192 that we like and really close to Disney.

First coffee of the day overlooking the lake watching the sunrise is one of those magical moments...

It doesn't strike me as a particularly big development - I'd go for strolls around it early in the mornings last week - so how is it that so many houses there (why do we call a house a "villa" anyway?") happen to be owned by people on here?

It is 10 villas built around 2 lakes
when first built many Brits bought , including Lorraine Kelly and a footballer
Since then many many other communuties have been builkt and all over
I can remember going down the 27 and almost all orange groves
Anyway...We have a good HOA and most of us on the community are good friends and meet up when we are out...had a good get together last night !
It has real community family friendly feel...we often help each other out
I guess someone found the Dibb, and passed on what a good site it was...
the kinda atmosphere matches our friendly approach...so we all find good to usexxx

Do you mean 100? Definitely more than 10. We started our pre-Dibb Florida stays in Blue Horizon Villa on Sunset Lakes and ended up there 5+ times. One of our top locations

Ps A villa is a luxury vacation home...based around the origin of the word from Roman times...they certainly knew how to live...
Built, where possible by the sea, in foreign possesions like Cyprus, Greece
Beautiful mosaic flooring, pools and atriums where possible and central heating when needed..ie .UK! !
A place to relax and enjoy life
