Make sure you buy their insurance! Despite getting a refund from Disney due to not using my park tickets due to Covid 19 they only gave me 80% back! 😡

They have gone down in my opinion in the last few years.
For example our Universal deposits for tickets are not being refunded

I’ve asked them to hold my deposit (£100) until next year, I’m awaiting the response as only asked on Thursday. Their info said they would hold deposit and it could be used against any ticket purchase up until October 2021, hoping to go in 2022 so works out ok.

They are one of...if not the largest ticket sellers in the U.K.
You can book with confidence and you will have no issues.
keep an eye out for offers. i bought my seaworld tickets from the last year and a few months later there was an offer on for discovery cove tickets at half price, when i rang them they honoured the offer.

Used them loads never had a problem had already bought this years tickets and added them to MDE as least they are valid until end Sept next year so hopefully we won't have lost anything
Bought them adult for child price and free GE magicbands not sure we'll still be able to get those next year but at least we hadn't paid extra for them

I wouldn’t use them again, how can they only offer 80% refund when the parks weren’t even open!
This soon adds up when multiple tickets are purchased,
Purchase direct from Disney, at least they offered 100% money back, it’s disgusting to see a company Trying to profiteer from Covid-19 😡😡😡😡

Completely agree!

I've used these guys for years and as others have said, they have very good customer service and the product they offer is normally packaged at a good price.

But, that's when things are going well. When things aren't going so well then it's a different story.

I sent Universal tickets back to Undercover Tourist and they refunded 95%.
