This soon adds up when multiple tickets are purchased,
Purchase direct from Disney, at least they offered 100% money back, it’s disgusting to see a company Trying to profiteer from Covid-19 😡😡😡😡
But the 80% refund is in line with their terms and conditions that you agreed to. So I assume you were happy with this?

BTW, some other ticket sellers have ts&cs that say they do not provide refunds for Disney tickets. So at least you are getting 80% of your money back.

Email received yesterday and £100 deposit held until next October, which can be used against anything on their website. Just have to call when ready to book 🙂

We've paid over £4,000 (large group of us) and been told that they will take 20% BUT that we should try and claim the 20% from our travel insurance - has anyone else heard this or even tried this yet?

This seems fair enough to me, it's what travel insurance is there for.

I had some train tickets booked through a 3rd party for Thailand this August and when I cancelled they hadn't even bought them yet bit still only refund 80%. I knew that was the case when I booked them (pre covid) so can't really complain. I'll just add the missing bit onto my insurance claim.

I have just had the same email offer for a £75 deposit credit - happy as the original offer they gave was book before oct 2020 but i assume it was a typo and Oct 2021 is good for me.
