We are September and mine hasn't changed either. My return flight is still not showing on the booking page though so I think it must be cancelled? But they have texted me and said both are still scheduled but gave ni explanation as to why it had disappeared.

I still can’t get on this morning. Meant to be flying tomorrow but flight disappeared a couple of weeks ago. Strangely just had a notification to check in though 😭😭😭😭

That's what it keeps saying for me as well. We don't fly till 1st August but we are going to Las Vegas. I know this is on Florida trip report.

We have this message as well but for us it’s a minor departure time change. Unfortunately I don’t think it’s a good enough reason to let us be allowed to cancel our flight ( which isn’t until 24/08!)

Yes, I can view my booking via the VA "My Booking" page where it says...
"We're really sorry, we've had to make a change to your flight. If you're ok with the change, just click "Accept flight changes". If this doesn't work for you, please get in touch with us if you booked directly, or contact your travel agent for more options... " But there is no clickable link to "Accept flight changes" I cant log in to my Virgin Flying Club account at all. It keeps saying... "There is more than one account associated with this email address, please log in using your flying club number" When I try my flying club number it STILL wont let me in. |

When I try my flying club number it STILL wont let me in.” I get this message too, I know my password etc is correct as it’s auto fill on my iPad... who knows. Just add it to the ever growing list of things out with our control that we just need to wait and see |

It's an issue with the app, just saw on Twitter...virgin are aware and are trying to sort it. You can view your bookings if you use your booking reference number rather than logging in on the website.

Strictly speaking its not an app issue. It's an issue accessing the Flying Club system using either app or web.
Bookings are held on a different system and can still be accessed using booking ref and name, using either the app or web. |
