I messaged them on Monday with questions about the dining plan/ hotel bookings. And they said to me that they were emailing customers and we should get some information before Friday.

What is worrying me is that they have not updated their website terms and conditions. Currently showing that hotel&park ticket bookings due to arrive from the 1st August are set to go ahead and therefore subject to normal booking T&Cs. Which means if you are due to arrive on the 1st August, according to their terms of 57 days or over you only loose the deposit, which gives you till Friday to let them know?!? Then you will move to 56 days or under and are set to loose 50% of booking costs.

So if you are arriving at the start of August, it is only giving you a few days to make a choice or else you risk losing half your holiday cost. I did question this but have heard nothing back.

As it stands we are due to arrive on the 6th August, so we only have 6 days to make a choice and still have no information

have you seen the NBA have chosen CSR to be their host resort whilst they play the season at the ESPN WWOS?

It might seem very busy at CSR during 31/07-12/10. 22 x teams, staff, security and officials all in CSR

not sure what effect this would have on guests who have booking in this period. There's 2000 rooms in the tower, depends on what security measures they place and how busy the guest bookings were I suspose.

If the NBA does end up using CSR then it expect all other guests to be moved elsewhere as they'll need to keep the resort as a bubble. MLS will also be finishing their season at WDW but don't know where they'll be held.

I phoned atd a few days ago and was told to hold on as they where finally able to talk to Disney.

Sadly I was booked with 200 dollars spending and ddp for October. No idea if we will get such good deals for 2021

Attraction Tickets are saying they'll contact people with packages by tomorrow according to their facebook page a few hours ago

"We will be sending those out by tomorrow, we are still waiting on some more information from Disney before we do that."

Virgin has sent an email out giving customers 4 days to continue, cancel or rebook. Stating that the dining plans have been cancelled and refunds will be provided for those paid. Nothing about what happens if the holiday included free dining though, that I could see...
