Which mall to visit on a shopping day?
I'm looking for some more advice please
On our next visit to WDW next month, we're thinking of having a shopping day. I'm just looking for some advice on the best place to go for lots of shops all in one place. We'll be getting a taxi there and back, so we'd like to have as much as possible in one place! We've been to the Florida Mall a couple of times in the past, not for a few years though. Is it still the best one to visit, or are there any other options we should consider? We'd like a good range of different types of shops - not just clothes! Thanks in advance for any advice, it'll be greatly appreciated. Andrew |

We usually do Florida mall but going to try Millenium mall this time as never been before and I hear they have a Cheesecake shop so have to try that, think that has a lot of designer shops.

Hi Gerry,
Thanks very much for that info. I seem to recall we visited the Millenium Mall on our very first trip to Florida back in 1998, I think it was a coach trip that Virgin organised round a load of different shops. As you've said, I think it did have a lot of designer shops. |

Everyone will share their favourites with you but if you want some "unbiased" facts just have a look at the Sticky at the top of this page. It's a spreadsheet showing all the local malls, shopping centres and outlets and lists all the shops at each

Agree - read the stickies and guidebooks for the facts.
Andrew - you may be looking back with the rose tinted glasses. I think MoM opened in 2002. It is very high end, but has some 'ordinary' shops. Well worth a wander, and hit the Cheesecake Factory |

We love the Premium Outlets at both ends of I Drive. Many shops at both but some only at one or other so check sticky if you have a favourite you want to visit. The Mall at Millenia is worth a visit, just for the Cheesecake Factory. One of my favourite places to eat, not just for cheesecake! If you love make up/skin care, there's also an Ulta hear by that's worth a visit.

Is anywhere good for stuff like video games?
I notice from the lists of shops that the Florida Mall does have a few games shops, but I was wondering if anywhere else might be better? |

Altamonte Mall is worth a visit, maybe a bit far by taxi though.
