Recommended eateries within the parks - no DDP

Satuli canteen at AK - bowl of rice/potato/salad with meat/fish/tofu. Feels pretty healthy and very different from the usual deep fried fare. We were really impressed with it and ate there twice last time.

A few more ideas for you:
MK - Be Our Guest for brunch (includes cakes and pastries that you can always stash for later if you take a ziplock bag with you!)
Epcot - Les Halles in France for a snack, or La Hacienda de San Angel for a nice Mexican site-down meal with views of the lagoon
AK - the lounge next to Tiffins
HS - not had anything particularly memorable here...
