Virgin Flying Club

Can anyone advise on this please. We have booked a packaged deal through Virgin and I have joined the flying club and linked it to my name in our booking. I'm sure I have read somewhere that to get maximum benefit all adults should join and then link the flying club number to holiday booking. Is this correct? TIA x

Hi. Everybody needs to sign up as a member with Virgin Atlantic to get the Miles for each leg of the flight. This includes children of any age.

There is no need to link each person to the 'holiday' as VA are independent of VH. Plus you have circa 6 months after you have flown to claim the Miles if they don't track automatically. However they invariably do.

So each person when they have an account logs in (to VA not VH) and enters the flight number you have on the main booking. That will ensure the Miles are awarded automatically.
