I also just want to throw in a leftfield suggestion for Inver. It’s fab food, if that’s most important to you, and they do have 4 bothies that you can book to stay in, which are lovely but not traditional luxury accommodation. There aren’t a lot of additional facilities though, so it may not be for this occasion, but I really liked our overnight there and we’re going back this year.
