Eating at Citywalk - Entry?

Does anybody know if you have to pay to get entry into citywalk? We want to eat there but we don't plan on visiting Universal

Just the parking if getting there by your car

Just need to pay for parking, can't remember how much it is.

Swear I read somewhere that universal parking is now free after 6 so people can go to eat or shop. Hues universal must be feeling the Disney springs pinch.

Its now free to park after 6pm in the universal garages. You don't pay to enter city walk but the bars/clubs do have a cover charge but not the restaurants.
