Universal refillable mugs

Can the universal cups be used in resort, parks, and at Volcano Bay? Or are the resort cups separate? (Sorry - I know not strictly “dining”! )

Resort cups are different to the park ones, volcano bay and park cups can be used together and then the resorts are separate, however I have used my park one in the hotel before.

It's a bit complicated as there are two different systems in the parks - Universal's own refillable souvenir mugs, which you buy and then pay a discounted amount for each drink, or Coke Freestyle mugs which you buy and then have free drinks all day, and pay a smaller amount to reactivate another day.

Resorts have their own mugs, I believe.

You can still use the refillable resort mugs (or any other container) to get cold water from the coke freestyle machines in the park
