Where to book the DDP from?
We are going next Easter and don't have a dining plan yet. We have booked through virgin so is it best to buy the dining plan through them too?

Yes if you have booked with virgin you will have to add it with them. As far as I know you need to book with tickets too as a package to add dining. Get a price from virgin to see if it is worth it some travel agents charge a mark up. Have you checked the free dining dates - you may be better having a few days offsite then checking in to Disney when free dining starts.

Also, you can only have it if you are booked to stay onsite
