Thank you all for your advice/opinions. We have decided to try Perkins for our 1st mornings breakfast followed by a Walmart trip to stock up. Denny's is definitely on the list for another day though, and looking at trying iHop as well as never been there.

3rd time lucky... damn coronavirus

Perkins
Bob Evan's
Cracker Barrell
Denny's
IHOP

The first 4 aren't as common whereas there always seems to be a Dennys. I have definitely had more mixed experiences with them.
