In a word - Yes!
Staying on site is an experience like no other, and having the dining plan (not quick service) is so wonderful. We've been 6 times in total, first 2 in a villa and the rest on site. We just love it so much staying on site and especially the dining plan and just being near to everything. Everytime on site for us (unless they take the DDP away). It's a long way to go for a holiday and so I say, if you can stretch to it, do it. I always overspend against plan, but we don't go every year, so try to get on site (ideally with the DDP) and enjoy!
