I’m awake but not for long. Been up since 4.30 this morning for our flight to Orlando. Flight delayed about hour and half. It’s 20.49 here but obviously 1.49 as far as my body is concerned! Been awake nearly 24 hours. Just eaten and going to have a shower and sleep.

I am lying in the prem inn in stansted listening to the planes through the surprisingly ineffective triple glazing. Am sure the ones at Heathrow keep the noise out better. Want to go back to sleep for a bit.

I was awake just after this. I thought Jet lag meant being tired but nope, just wide awake at 2am! Decided to just get up at 6am, yesteday was awake at 5am. I'm still on Japan time.
