you can get milk in the shops and use a snack credit we did this last year for cereal... in the mornings ... and also glass of milk before bed

Dd doesn't drink fizzy and Por do the lemonade which is still (but she doesn't like) and the hi c fruit punch. They also do the apple juice and orange juice in the fridges which she usually takes as her drink with her meal as she preferred those. You can also have a carton of milk or chocolate milk as the drink with a meal too.

I really enjoy the Gold Peak white tea with citrus.
It's a lovely refreshing iced tea. I usually add a splash of the minute maid lemonade as well to make it even more lemony.

I struggled last year cant have fizzy drinks
I had coffee tea etc and water bog had apple juice which was great! |
