Any cake makers on the dibb

Hi all,

Are there any cake makers on here that can given me some inspiration?

I want to get a cake my for DD16 who has passed all 10 GCSE x she didn’t want any celebrations until she did her maths resit so now she got a pass we will celebrate with a family meal and a nice cake but I have no inspiration! So anyone got any good ideas?

Wish I hadn't looked at that, just made a Valentines themed one for work tomorrow, will post a picture when it is finished but it won't be anywhere as good as those

Do you mean type of cake or decoration?

What's she into? I'm just a hobby baker for friends and family but most ideas for me come from Pinterest. Drip cakes are really popular.

My DD went to Reading last year so I did a festival birthday cake.

Or the suspended sweet type ones?

Drip cakes are very popular but not so quite so easy to add a theme is there is one.
