3rd Birthday in Florida, does he need a ticket?

Hi all,
We are heading to Orlando for my sons 3rd birthday in October 2019. He will turn 3 on day 10 of our trip so we will be going into Disney and universal before his birthday. Could anyone tell me if he will need tickets for the parks for the last 4 days of our holiday? As the child’s tickets are age 3-9 and the only thing I can find on the Disney website is under 3’s do not need a ticket.

Technically i would think he will need a ticket from the time he turns 3.

Whether you decide to tell them he is 3 and decide to buy a ticket is your decision.

No he will not require a ticket. He is two at the beginning of your holiday and that is the age that matters.

A nine year old who turns ten half way through their trip doesn’t upgrade to an adult ticket do they?!

Honestly, we had this exact scenario when my kids were younger. He does not require a ticket and nor will you ever be asked to prove his age.

Hi, In 2016 my Grandson turned 3 while we was out there, He did not need tickets for Disney or Universal as he was 2 on time of travel.

DS was 4 last time we went, but a small 4. We had a ticket for him, but when he did not have it on his wrist he was always just waved through as he looked so young!
