Mde only some tickets show properly

Hi,

Just linking our tickets to my account in mde and although it let me link them in the list only half of them have the bit about what they are (14 day ultimate etc) the others are blank. They’re all adult tickets except one. Is there an issue or is this ok?

Edit - for the ones that didn’t show properly it won’t let me go through to look at fast passes etc it says they don’t have access

I had this last week, I had to ring the tech team and they sorted it in 10 minutes ... it was an 0800 number I believe which is free? Can't remember if I found it on the app or website tho.
Have your tickets in front of you when you call

Try the technical support team on this number 0800 16 90 749, they should be able to help you.

If the above can't help try this number 0800 028 0778, Option 4, they might help.
