It appears to be doing a new booking, however I confirmed with a BCV dummy booking, that it actually uses your existing booking. I booked a very hard to get room at 7 months for 6 days. An hour later all inventory was gone so I couldn't book BCV for those 6 days as the first day was gone. I then modified my booking to add on an extra day so I had the full week booked, and it worked.

The good thing is the points are held between bookings so no need for the 2 browser method.

well I chickened out and phoned and booked another 2 days. whilst on I spoke the CM re booking more days and she said problem we have is because there is only the 1 preferred accessible it would not show the whole stay as we have booked so might wipe the whole thing
