Ah, yes. If it's an e-ticket then the expiry date is probably based on 1 year after the e-ticket was sent to you (ie. 3rd July 2019).

Which is weird because if it's a 2018 UK Seaworld ticket then it should expire on 31st December 2018. And if it's a 2019 UK Seaworld ticket it should expire on 31st December 2019.

Yes - very confusing isn't it - there is nowhere to say that it is for this year or next, but it will be used shortly, I wouldn't want to take the risk

Well,you couldn't make it up! Posted the out of date tickets back to Floridatix on Monday lunchtime registered first class delivery guaranteed by 1pm yesterday..they still haven't been delivered.Royal Mail don't know where they are..we are running out of time! Just spoken to Floridatix and they can't send new ones out till they receive the old ones to void them.

Oh no! What a nightmare.

BTW, what do you mean by "registered first class delivery"? Do you mean normal first class, signed for first class, tracked delivery or UK special delivery guaranteed? You can get compensation for some but the very earliest you can claim for compensation is 5 days after the due date (and that's for special delivery).

If you sent them via Special Delivery Guaranteed and then didn't arrive when expected, then you can claim your postage back even if the tickets do turn up later.

It's special delivery,first class next day delivery that needs to be signed for...yes,they've said we'll be covered for up to £500,they said they'll probably pop up somewhere!
