Hi, I dined here this evening as a party of 5, and the meal/ experience was pretty awful. It was a special birthday celebration for my husband and do he didn't want me to complain or make a fuss, but I'm back at my hotel now and feel really hard done by. Who would/ should I complain to now, or am I too late? Thanks

What was wrong with it?

You could speak to your hotel concierge assuming you're on-site.

We had the same celebrated our 25th anniversary food and service terrible. I spoke to the manager on the night who wasn't that interested so I sent an email to guest relations received $100 gift card back.
I know people rave about this place but food was tasteless and once server saw we were on the dining plan basically her attitude changed to the table of 8 next to us who she couldn't do enough for. First time complaining in 20 years

We dined here in February 2017 and had a wonderful server and experience. We weren't on any dining plan - perhaps that does make a difference?

Thats such a shame. We are on DDP and had a fantastic meal on Saturday night, food and drinks were lovely. Then a great view over the fireworks.

Not sure who you can speak to after the event if you didn't mention it on the night though :/

You should say something its not a cheap meal. We dined here a few weeks ago and it was wonderful, we were on the dining plan but spent around $250 for wine starters and tip for 2 adults and 2 kids on top of double TS credits. Hope you get some form of compensation.
