Thanks everyone.
I don’t often cook fresh chicken fillets in sauce but I’ve been quite unwell this morning (ate something dodgy yesterday evening past it’s use by date by mistake) and went for chicken and rice with a bland, non-spicy sauce for dinner. I ended up covering the Pyrex dish, cooking for 30 mins at 190 degrees, and the chicken was lovely. Feeling much better this evening On a side note, I didn’t even know this sub~forum existed! 😂
