Can you link new tickets to old cards
Hi, we still have the Disney cards we used on our last trip in 2017. They still show in our MDE linked to our names.
We are looking to buy 3 day Magic Your Way tickets for 2019. If we buy e tickets on line can we link them to these old cards and use the cards for parks again? If we can do the above and the tickets we buy are will call, do we still have to go to Guest services to get them linked to our old cards or can you do it yourself ? |

Yes, you can use the old plastic cards linked to your Disney account.
When you buy the e-tickets online, you link these to each person in your Disney account. You can link e-tickets to your account yourself by entering the ticket ID number under the barcode in the confirmation email in MDE. You do not link the e-tickets directly to plastic cards. The plastic cards are already linked to each person. Therefore, once you've linked the e-tickets you're good to go. You don't need to go to Guest Services to get them to link the e-tickets to the cards.
