I would still aim to be there 2 hours rather than the 1 hour given you don't want to be having to reschedule to later flights in the day.

Traffic is also a pain, even at that time in the morning with rush hour starting much earlier in the UK. Given the 2 hours instead of 1 I would probably leave Anaheim with an hour to get to the airport at that time of day.

Also be aware LAX isn't the best airside for options so you may want to check what is there in the terminal you will be departing from.
Thank you. You mean food wise on airside. Definitely will need to eat before the flight as the boys are both Diabetic.

Hi again

Me too (T1) and LAX offerings are pretty sparse. I’m sure you/they would anyway but precautionary snacks are a good idea. You’ll be able to get something but it might be a Starbucks kinda something!

We will hopefully have the exact same situation for our LA / Orlando split stay mid-October although our internal Delta flight goes at 10:05.

If it seems like there’s a hint it might go ahead I’ll look to book some kind of return shuttle before we travel to / from Anaheim.

I personally would book an airport hotel for the last night given your early morning flight. Traffic is such an unknown - it could take 30 mins but if it rains and rush hour it could take 2 hours (easily - all stop start ) as I have on a couple of occasions seems it take an hour to get to LAX from the ramp.

I will look into that. Never gave it a thought .

The last 2 times we flew on the Delta 10am flight to Orlando we were picked up from Grand California at 6am & had plenty of time to get some breakfast. We have used Lanskys both times, who were excellent, not the cheapest, but great service & reliable, doing the same hopefully this October!

We have also used Lansky (used to be DK Livery) a few times for LA & Anaheim, highly recommend them. You tell them your flight time and they will advise a pick up time. A little more than a regular taxi but worth it for peace of mind.
