August 2022 DAS and masks for autism

Hello
We have rescheduled our trip to next year. With no FP will we still be able to use DAS at Disney. Two children diagnosed with autism. Also do you know if there’s a universal equivalent of DAS? If there’s no DAS in the parks we will reschedule- again!

Did I read correctly that if I get a doctors note neither child will need to wear a mask on the flight? There’s no way they will wear one for that long. If they have to I will postpone.

What is the mask policy for when in the parks? Both outside and inside?

DAS is still operational at disney and universal,works slightly differently at universal though.We have 2 boys with autism and have used both,thought they were a great help.
I think the doctors note is required at the moment,but tsa is due for review in mid september i think,so could defintely be very different by next august.

Are they asking to see a doctors note at the moment? Didn’t think it was allowed in the US? I have no objection to that but thought it was against discrimination laws?

No the doctors note is just for the airline to avoid wearing a mask on the plane.Sorry should have been clearer.No proof is required for DAS,as you say against discrimination laws
