Disney deposit?

We have Ł150 deposit on a booking for Feb would I get a refund if we cancel? I know normally you wouldn't but I'm sure I saw some where about a more flexible policy due to covid but I can't find it.

If you cancel when the trip could otherwise go ahead, I think you'll still still be charged a cancellation fee. But you'll need to check the T&Cs on your invoice, as it depends when you booked. On my 2022 booking made this year when the offer released, it states Ł50pp if cancelled up to 8 days before travel. I think bookings made in 2020 and rolled forward due to cancellations may have more flexible terms - but I didn't make one so can't be 100% certain on that.

If the trip is cancelled due to covid, then it should be full refund.

You should have had the t&c sent as a separate attachment with the booking confirmation

Depends when you made the booking. I have had a January 2022 deposit refunded but the bookings that I made when the dining credit came out do not have a refundable deposit.

Thanks for the replies I've found the Ts and Cs with my booking confirmation and I would loose the Ł150 deposit.
