Puerto Rico - I can't find it on the traffic light system?

Now I could be being very stupid (very possible on a Sunday morning), but I can't see Puerto Rico on any of the lists, anyone know?

I don't follow or understand the traffic light system I'm afraid as it seems to change more often than those just down the road.

For FCDO advice though I always look here - PR is classed alongside the USA

PR is certainly mentioned in my link (in bold type under Summary) as it's part of the USA. Only American Samoa and Guam still on "no go" list.

I assume though that PR is covered by the White House proclamation

Thanks Mick, I had a feeling it was me being a little Sunday morning, I was just scanning for PR down the lists, hadn't considered it being classed under the US.
