Dining plan/Gift card?

We are going to DLP for New year and have 3 club rooms booked at Sequoia Lodge. We were looking into adding the dining plan to cover us for evening meals but it means adding on quite a lot more as prices have gone up since booking, and we already get breakfast/ afternoon snacks there anyway, plus I believe soft drinks all day within the club lounge, which would also save us a lot!

I’m thinking is there the option of getting a gift card or something that we could put money into for each family that they could then use for dinners while there, rather than getting the dining plan added? The extra for dining was £1500 for 7 people which works out around €56 per person for dinner so thinking this would work out better?

If so where do we get them from please?

I think the dining plan costs less if you are in club level?

But you could always put money aside on a prepaid card if you don’t think you will get the value out of the dining plan.

We have a FairFx card we have used for this.

If you will be eating at Plus level restaurants every night and having 3 courses, the plan would save you money. If you like to mix it up with some cheaper places, probably not.
