Portugal FCDO advuse...where?

I'm trying to confirm that the FCDO advice for travel to Portugal has changed to non essential now allowed, but can't for the life of me find the information online.

I believe it was being updated along with the fact double jabbed can travel there, so FCDO were going to update the information but I can't see where!

Anyone else know?

The official advice about removing the non-essential restrictions won't be updated until the 19th as that is when the rules actually change.

Currently the advice is still no non-essential travel but that will change on the 19th Jul.
