BA Evoucher advice

Hi all, we were due to go Tokyo April this year, this got cancelled due to covid, we got a full refund on the flights, then we rebooked for November this year but decided to cancel as we are adamant it won't be going ahead, we now have evouchers.

My question is, does any one know if we booked flights to somewhere else this year, could we cancel and get evouchers again if it came to that or would it be a case of waiting for them to cancel and giving us new evouchers?

Do you mean book something else using your existing evoucher? If so, yes it comes under the same conditions, so you could cancel again.

What I discovered recently, though, is that I tried to book flights using an evoucher that we had been given when we cancelled a BA holiday. The new flights were avios flights but they wouldnt apply the cash on the voucher to the tax element of the avios booking. I have to use it towards a new holiday. (I can't say for sure, but I suspect it has to be a holiday, rather than just a flight). So we still have money sitting with BA...

Thanks for the reply

Yeah, so we are considering using our evoucher now to book a flight this year somewhere but we may just see it out and wait for now, roll on some form of normality so we can all travel again!
