Virgin Atlantic Miles……..
We have quite a lot of miles stacked up now and I was wondering exactly how I can ensure we can use them for next September.
Are there limited seats released? Are there certain dates only that you can use them on? Can I use all miles or just miles and money Can I get a companion seat I really have no idea how it works Cheers

I’m considering spending all of mine on Greggs’ sausage rolls - seriously you can do that! 😅

Yes, there used to be a couple or more UC, up to half a dozen PE and around nine economy on some/most flights. The was until covid came along and completely screwed up the system. Now they are almost non existent but I reckon they will load some off peak ones when travel resumes.
In theory, all dates/flights can be considered for release. In practice we have had more success on mid week flights for UC. You can use miles and pay the taxes or use miles to bring down the cost of a cash fare. Yes, either with a credit card voucher or for a set number of miles. You can then pair it with a full mileage or full cash seat. |

Why not use the miles to try and get amazing first class seats for ANA flights to Tokyo and Tokyo Disney ? :-)
