Photopass help

Things have kind of not been great since we got back - I had to make the decision to have my dog put down and to be honest its knocked me for six. I've been really disorganised with everything and only just really starting to get things back to normal.

I was thinking today I needed to sort my photo's out and went to have a look to notice half of them now missing :-( I know I've rang them in the past but just can't seem to find the number to call. I don't suppose anyone has that number or knows what it is please? I am really hoping they can recover them? Loosing those is really the last thing I need right now :-(

Q. Some of my Disney PhotoPass photos are missing from my Disney account. What should I do?
A. Please link all of the MagicBands or cards that you may have used at Disney PhotoPass locations—including your annual pass, park ticket Memory Maker and Disney PhotoPass cards.

If you still don’t see your photos, report a missing photo online or contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team by calling (407) 560-4300.

I have emailed them before and they have been able to reinstate the photos. It’s so easy to forget about them when you have so much going on. Fingers crossed they can sort it out for you!

Just wanted to say thank you. I have contacted them and they have reinstated the photos and I've managed to download them - I think!. Just trying to find out how you add the borders and stickers on now.

Sad to say you can't add borders etc on anymore apart from on an iPhone or iPad. Can't be done on a PC.
