Requested dates are outside booking window

I’m trying to book at 11 months out, the room has availability but I get the error message saying that
I’m outside my booking window for this resort - it’s my home resort.
What am I doing wrong?

I’m guessing that we have a day ahead at the moment that only becomes available after 1pm, could that be right?

What dates are you trying to book? Remember booking from 11/7 months from today opens 1pm our time.

I clicked on the last date that wasn’t shaded and the 7 nights that then opened up. I didn’t expect the date to become unshaded until it was available but guessing come 1pm I’ll be able to book. Thank you

Yes it's confusing, hopefully you will book at 1!

The date shows as available from midnight eastern. You cannot actually book it till 8am though (1pm UK)

It has confused me more than once.
