Has anyone used their points at DLP?

I’m sure it’s not the best use of points but wondered if anyone has done this? How do I find out how much it will be?

On your DVC homepage got to Destinations, then Disney Destinations, then Paris - points charts for each hotel are there.

Very poor value, much better to rent your points and book for cash.

Yes I thought as much. Thanks, I rarely go onto the website. Am using our points at WDW less and less.

Same here. But I’ve got in the habit of renting them out and using the money to pay for other things. Love that I can do that - think we would have sold otherwise.

This is what we have done as well. Got 2 years of points to rent out now so will see if anything here wants a lot or just go through Dave’s.

Exchange rates are terrible, for DLR or any other option.
When looking at the points charts for DLP, please remember there are no tickets or breakfast included.

Very good return on investment, I get nearly 10% renting. Hard to sell even if you don’t want to go with that and don’t need the cash. Of course, it is worse if you bought direct at full prices more recently.

No we bought in 2008 when it was $2 to the £1 almost so renting now with a bad exchange rate is great!
