Mobile Cockerel In Aldi

Aldi have free range Cockerel on sale in a box so I couldn’t see what they looked like .
I’d be very happy to give this a go and must admit I’ve never seen one on sale .Is a casserole the only way to cook it ?

You can roast it like a chicken. My ex MIL used to roast one every Christmas (always got one from her local butchers) and it was lovely. A bit like chicken just a deeper flavour.
