Breakfast GF Cafe or Kona Cafe?
Our first day at MK we are planning breakfast at either Kona or GF. Which should we choose? 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 9 year old.

We did Kona the first two years we stayed at Disney and GF the third for a change. Both are great, so I think you'll enjoy whichever you try. Kona probably had slightly better food for us and had good coffee, GF café was quieter but a really nice start to the day.

Both amazing! Agree you won’t be disappointed with either. Pineapple macadamia pancakes and Tonga toast at Kona are amazing though. Maybe look at menus and see which appeals more?

Love the food at Kona, but just love the peace and quiet of the GF, such a calm start to the day. Polynesian suffers from the O'hana crowds!

I would pick GF out of those two, the noise and crowds at Kona are not for me in the morning (or indeed any time).

Thanks everyone for the replies, I had heard some bad reviews about slow service at GF and I really wanted some Tonga toast. Is the service at GF really as bad as I heard - I don't want to be late to MK because of a slow service for breakfast.
