Fast pass help

Hey guys!

What are your thoughts on fast passes?

Get 3 for the most popular rides early on at like 9-10, 10-11 and then 11-12 and then after you’ve used your third, which could be as early as 11, make another one?

Or get fast passes for the most popular rides for later on in the day when they’ll be busier, say after lunch and just use standby queues for other rides in the morning?

I’ve read / seen on YouTube people saying both. So I don’t know what strategy to go for! Please help me 😀

If you are going to rope drop and be there early everyday. Then the 9-10, 10-11, 11-12 strategy is the best. You can do rolling fastpasses after the first 3 are used.

MK - for your 4th Fastpass you will get quite a bit of choice after 11am. No 7DMT though.
HS - there will be a limited choice of Tier 1 after 11am. You might get the odd TSM after 11am and Slinky if you are lucky.
Epcot - After 11am some Soarin' FPs and if you are lucky a TT/Frozen FP
AK - you are very unlikely to get FOP but most other rides there is a good chance after 11am.

Using this method we got over 25 fastpasses in MK.

If you are not wanting to rope drop. I would schedule around 11-12, 12-1, 1-2. This gives you plenty of time to get there and have a relaxed start to the day.
The first few hours of most parks lines 'usually' are quieter.

There are a lot of late of nights with Fireworks etc so maybe schedule a late start the day after you think you are watching fireworks

It really depends on how you want to tour. We are not morning people so for the entire 2 week trip I would schedule most FP+s at 11am unless needed.

The only park I would need to go to early would be HS because of the Star wars rides.

What are your plans so far?

The parks will be plenty busy by lunchtime or even late morning.

I usually do 10-11, 11-12 and 12-1. After I have done the first ride, I will be looking to see if I can bring forward the next one and if I can, I will try to bring the bring the third one forward as well.
