Do the hotels provide free shuttle coaches from the airport or do we use Uber?

What’s the best way to get from Orlando airport to Universal Portifino hotel?

Then we need to get back to the airport at the end of our holiday from Hilton BV Palace?

Should we use Uber for this or do hotels provide free transport?

You'll need to arrange your own. Uber works fine. That's what we used

BVP only offer free Transport to Disney. I used mears shuttle to get back to MCO cost me $22. For one person.

Neither of those hotels provides shuttles to/from the airport. Not many (if any?) of the hotels in the touristy areas (International Drive, Lake Buena vista, etc) do. So I'm afraid you'll have to arrange your own transportation.

Uber is very easy and reasonable however there are some issues with drop off and pick up from hotels

We always get taxis to / from the airport. I have only heard of Disney doing an airport bus service.

I’ve used both Uber and Lyft for multiple trips and never experienced any problems with pick ups and drops at hotels .

Is the best thing to do to wait until we have luggage and are right ready to leave Orlando airport and then use Uber app to call an Uber to take us to hotel? 4 of us plus luggage so I’m thinking we need XL?

There are reports of Uber not being able to access the hotels to pick up guests. This was on the annual pass Facebook page, it may be resolved by now.
Think it links into the extra charge from Uber to guests for pick up from the parks.

Yes collect bags and make your way to the pick up point before ordering it. They are often waiting around so they are quick and won't wait long.
You usually get a choice of vehicle size and the cost
