Boulder Ridge Sale passes ROFR

For anyone keeping track of ROFR figures, our 150 point April use year Boulder Ridge sale at $100 passed ROFR yesterday. It wasn't really a surprise, but you never know who Disney has waiting to buy.

At least we've kept the Beach Club contract, which has a much smaller dues increase

Boulder Ridge is a good property and with 5 sleep surfaces in a studio for low points, it is a good value, despite end date.
In need of a bit of a revamp, but next up after SSR. Expect a similar style- will likely be just as good as the new SSR, and Murphy sofa beds too. That will make it a highly desirable property with newer rooms and bigger rooms than Copper Creek.
It will be interesting to see if they keep the single Murphy in the studio though, or take it out as per SSR (or in SSRs case they haven’t put it in studios). Wouldn’t surprised though if they kept it in- expenses are shared between the hotel side and DVC based on occupancy- but that’s me being cynical. Of course, there is no hotel side at SSR, albeit in fairness they’ve put the single Murphy in the 1 bed there and not at others. Maybe BRV will end up with the single Murphy in both studios and 1 beds?
